What’s the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Flinderstore, delivery times may be a little different than you’re used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save big on storage and transport costs. That way, we can offer our products at sharp prices.
The average delivery time is 6 to 10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Due to the huge demand for our products, your order may take a little longer than expected. We hope you’ll understand. If the delivery window has passed and you still haven’t received your parcel, just shoot us an email at support@flinderstore.com. We’ll sort it out for you and check what’s going on with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order – how do I do that?
To return an item, simply get in touch with our customer service team at support@flinderstore.com. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email) and the reason for return. We’ll send you the return address and confirm the process. Once that’s done, you can send the item back with a courier of your choice.
What are the costs of returning an item?
Return shipping is at your own expense. The cost depends on the courier you choose. Please check the courier’s website for up-to-date pricing.
What are the conditions for returning a product?
You have a 14-day return period, starting from the day you receive the item. Returns are only accepted if:
- The return period hasn’t expired;
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached;
- The product hasn’t been used.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, and other secure options shown at checkout. Simply follow the steps on the payment page to see all available methods.

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order?
That’s not meant to happen. Please email us your full name and email address at support@flinderstore.com and we’ll get it sorted quickly.
