At Flinderstore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.


2. Returns

  • You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • To start a return, please contact us at support@flinderstore.com with your order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, health items).
  • Personalized or custom-made goods.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 6–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. If the issue persists, reach us at support@flinderstore.com.
